The 1950s art-deco inspired buildings were painstakingly restored to provide 30 units of studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites. The Seaside Villas serves up the most stylish and exquisite accommodation in the seaside haven of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.
The area is famous for its amazing beach, countless bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is 14 miles away and the famous Saw Grass Mills Shopping Mall is just 15 miles.
STYLISH & EXQUISITE ACCOMMODATIONS
The suites have been designed by Ethan Allen offering luxurious and exquisite furnishings. The Studio Suites are all located on the 1st floor and come with a coffee station with state of the art Nespresso coffee maker.
All of our 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom suites have fully equipped kitchens with induction stoves, sub-zero refrigerators, and microwaves. Some kitchens have dishwashers. All suites have iron and ironing boards, hairdryers, in room safes, 65” smart televisions. There is a heated pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas. 1 car parking space is provided for each suite. Streaming TV and Hi-speed WiFi are also available.
